Terms of service

These terms govern purchases made at hirre.eu. By placing an order you agree to them. Draft — final wording to be confirmed before launch.

1. What you buy

HIRRE sells digital packages: agent prompts, skills, workflows and related files for Claude Code. Products are delivered electronically and are never shipped physically.

2. Delivery

After payment is confirmed you receive an email with a download link and license key at the address used at checkout. Links stay valid for thirty days; new links are issued on request.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout.

4. Refunds

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by consumer law or where a package has a defect we cannot fix.
