What we collect
Your email address, name, billing details and order history, collected at checkout; the licence key of each order; which emails we sent you; and when your download links were used. We use them to deliver your purchase, send updates for packages you own, answer support requests and issue invoices.
Legal basis
- Performing our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): delivery, updates, support.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): invoices and tax records.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): preventing fraud and abuse of download links.
How long we keep it
Order records (email, name, items, licence key, emails sent, download times) are kept for three years after your purchase or after the last email we sent you about it, such as an update notice, and then deleted automatically. Stripe keeps invoices as long as tax law requires.
What we do not do
- No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
- No telemetry inside the packages you install.
- No selling or sharing of your data.
Processors
Stripe (payments and invoices), Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery) and Resend (email delivery). They process data inside the EU or under EU-approved safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format: write to support@hirre.eu. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
