03 Delivery FAQ

The onboarding email did not arrive. What now?
Check spam and the address you used at checkout. If it has been more than five minutes, forward your order confirmation to support@hirre.eu and we resend within the hour.
How long is the download link valid?
Thirty days, with unlimited downloads in that window. After that, reply to your delivery email and we issue a new link.
Do my hires get better over time?
Yes. When a package you own gets a new version, the new zip is emailed to the same address at no cost. Changelogs are public on every product page.
Can I install into an existing .claude directory?
Yes. install.sh only adds files and never overwrites yours without asking. You can also unzip and copy by hand — it is plain Markdown.
Do you offer invoices with VAT?
Yes. Enter your company details at checkout and the invoice is generated automatically. EU reverse-charge is supported.
