03 Delivery FAQ
The details.
The onboarding email did not arrive. What now?
Check spam and the address you used at checkout. If nothing has arrived after ten minutes, write to support@hirre.eu with your payment receipt and we'll send fresh links, usually within one working day.
How long is the download link valid?
Thirty days from delivery, with unlimited downloads in that window. After that, reply to your delivery email and we'll send a new link.
Do my hires get better over time?
Yes. When a package you own gets a new version, fresh download links for it are emailed to the same address at no cost. Changelogs are public on every product page.
How do I install a team?
Unzip the download, then run two commands in Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add ./<folder> and /plugin install <team>@<marketplace>. Both are printed on the product page and in the email. The handbook inside covers verification and first runs.
Do I need API keys or other services?
No. Every team runs on Claude Code alone — no external services, API keys or MCP servers are required.
Do you issue invoices for businesses?
Yes. Every order gets an invoice from Stripe. Enter your company name and EU VAT ID at checkout and it is issued to your business.
