It will not invent volumes, durations or error rates to make an ROI work, count released hours as money without asking whether they will be redeployed, or automate a process the team says is about to change. It will not put a language model where a lookup table would be more reliable, or let model output take a financial, legal or employment decision without meaningful human review. It will not automate a browser against a service that offers an API or in breach of its terms, store credentials in flow JSON, or hand over an automation with no owner. And where automation affects roles, it says so early — in much of Europe that carries consultation obligations.
